Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangements
At Cosmos we understand that it can be difficult to get to or from work, school or any other places if you are not able to drive or use public transport. All NDIS participants who have been approved for ‘Core Supports’, are able to access supports for Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangements.
Cosmos provides you with convenient and safe transport to get to and from:
- Activities
- An educational facility
- Community events
- Community gatherings
- Medical appointments
- Shopping centres
- Work or tasks
An experienced and trained Cosmos staff member will drive you to the place you would like to go and take you home when you are done. With Cosmos you can book for regular transport services such as weekly shopping, regular appointments or tasks.
